Who We Are Coppertop Farm is a family run business in Ponds, Pictou County. We began running the Veggie Stand with only a few fresh vegetables for our local community members.
The love and care the Thompsons put into growing their veggies is clear not only in their quality products, fresh vegetables grown in an organic and sustainable way, but also in their commitment to providing their community with memorable experiences and connections. They love their community and it shows!
We look forward to the opening of The Stand, as well as the opening of the U-Pick pumpkin patch every year. Our kids roam through the rows in search of ‘the perfect pumpkin’ and visiting The Stand is a unique way of promoting healthy eating and buying local. Coppertop Farms is a true gem and we are lucky to have them in our area.
